  Excellent customer service and great deals every time. My kids love going to pick up pizzas so they can write their names on the chalkboard while we wait. Always offering plates and napkins which helps make the meal even easier.

  Dominos gets five stars for excellent customer service. The first time I ordered, there was a misunderstanding (mine) on the price. When I was asked for a review I expressed dissatisfaction. Within 2 days I got a phone call from the manager, apologizing because I misunderstood. In addition, she gave me credit for a pizza on the house. I have to compare that with Papa Murphy's response to a quality problem (theirs) for which I also sent a somewhat low review. Their response? I'm still waiting for one 3 months later. Guess where I now buy all my Pizzas? The food is good and the customer service is outstanding!

  Ordered a pizza on the way home, takes 20 minutes to get home. Family member still waiting on pizza when I arrived home. 25 minutes after I arrived home pizza still not delivered. Since when does it take over 45 minutes to get a pizza? Didn't Dominos have a motto free pizza if not delivered by the time frame? Manager was called and acted like it's no big deal. Great managing skills...
