  Usually pretty good food and pretty good service but sometimes, like tonight, the service is really bad. We could not even get seated. The kid at the counter was incapable of leading any of the several groups of waiting people to one of the many open tables. After waiting several minutes we left. I'll be back be not for a few months.

  When we got there it took 10 minutes for a server to come over and get our drink order. We ordered our food and it took another 40 minutes for the food to come. The food look as if it sat for awhile. There was a blue plastic thing in the pancakes. We told the server and she said sorry but it stopped at that. We left with out finishing the food and we will not go back.

  I haven't been extremely impressed, but not many options in a small town. The coffee costs more than my meal sometimes, and good luck trying to get it refilled. Front check out and cook were kissing when we checked out at the front. So food and a show?

  Usually like coming here always get great service food is always hot and tasty. That's why I give 3 stars, but tonight walked out.
  Elderly woman don't know if was hostess or night supervisor it was about 10 pm was so RUDE I don't know if having a bad night you don't snap at customers when they ask the question is there a sign up sheet. I don't need you raising your voice over something as petty as this. Maybe this person should not be in the Customer service profession would love to give name, but than No name tag. Will go back again if she is working will take a rain check.
